Today facebook already launched facebook videocalling,it is new collaboration between facebook and skype, after few days ago , Microsoft buy skype, then microsoft collaborate with facebook launched facebook video calling ,A Skype deal could be valued at $3 billion to $4 billion, while Skype’s Initial Public Offering (IPO) is expected to raise about $1 billion. In August 2010, Skype filed a registration statement to go public, but the October 2010 appointment of a new CEO, Tony Bates, delayed the IPO till the second half of 2011.
