Apple has released a new education-only iMac which is available only for k-12 and higher education institutions. The new 21.5 inch iMac is available for $999.
The iMac has a 3.1GHz dual-core Intel Core i3 processor, 2GB of RAM, 250GB HD, and AMD Radeon HD 6750M graphics. Apple is still offering the 20 inch model which has a 2.26GHz Intel Core 2 Duo processor, 1GB of RAM, a 160GB and NVIDIA 9400M graphics package for $899.
