Yesterday, iH8sn0w has released Sn0wbreeze 2.8 beta 5 with added support for iOS 5 Beta 5 allowing you to preserve your baseband while jailbreaking your iDevice.
We all know that only people with an Apple developer account can install iOS 5 and since the ISPW of iOS 5b5 is all over the web. Apple is chasing developers who sold their UDID and closed their account.
With Sn0wbreeze 2.8b5 you don’t have to worry about this problem as it eliminates the requirement of a UDID registration and removes the beta timer of iOS 5 Beta 5.

- Now supports iOS 5 beta 5 (9A5228d).
- Added Hacktivation ability.

- Finally decided to fix Baseband preservation standalone mode.
