Changed Download protocol
Added New servers for faster downloading they will automaticly connect for the faster speed
Added buttons for official Spanish and Russian forum
added Romanian language many thanks TO ..::GsmHelp::.. for translating and big TV base!
added big collection for china phones many thanks 'helpful-man' and '!!GsmFinder!!'
added more schematics for TV
added function for repairing bases 'IMEI CHEKER and others bases in that TAB' in settings need to pres "Repair addons"
Changed interface for Update base and Manually update now you can see more information about downloading
